We want to assure that the recommendations made in the final report reflect the wishes of the prevention research and practitioner community as well as continue the participatory process in this endeavor. Therefore, we are inviting comment on the report in terms of the:

Perceived validity of the findings;
Further interpretation/explanation of the findings; and
Additional issues to be considered in the development of Prevention Effects.

We invite comments from the Delphi participants and other colleagues who were invited but were unable to participate. We also hope participants and invitees will feel free to invite others to become engaged in this process and comment on this report. We begin with two background questions.
